Description

You will own the end-to-end technical architecture for assigned products on Azure, lead a small team of developers, and provide hands-on development for .NET back-end services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures including APIs, microservices, and data flows.
• Architect and govern Power Platform solutions, defining environment strategy, ALM, and security.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and DevOps pipelines to enforce quality gates.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and integration patterns.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and mitigate technical risks and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software engineering, including recent experience as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure: App Service, Functions, API Management, Storage, SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on .NET Core/.NET 6+ experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, Entity Framework, and unit/integration testing.
• Experience building and architecting Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and Power Automate flows.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD pipelines, repos, and boards.
• Strong understanding of application security, including Azure AD/Entra ID, OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC, and secure coding practices.
• Experience designing for performance, scalability, and resilience (caching, retries, circuit breakers, distributed tracing).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services and on-premise/legacy systems.
• Ability to create and maintain architecture diagrams and solution blueprints.
