You will lead a team of UI developers to design, develop, and maintain engineering solutions for large-scale warehouse and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of UI developers to deliver high-quality, reliable applications under strict deadlines.
• Design and architect scalable UI applications within an agile environment.
• Collaborate with product managers and field operators to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop deep domain knowledge in supply chain to proactively solve operational problems.
• Oversee the full software development life cycle, ensuring clean code and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in software engineering and web application development.
• Expertise in React and modern UI technologies.
• Proficiency in mobile development for Android and iOS.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and software architecture.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Solid understanding of SDLC practices and agile project management.
• Proven ability to hire, grow, and manage engineering teams.
• Ability to use codegen AI tools to drive productivity gains.
• Any Graduate degree.
