Description

You will lead technical requirements and system specifications for MS Dynamics 365 implementations.

Responsibilities

• Articulate system-level impacts required to realize user stories.
• Produce new or modified system specifications for developer implementation.
• Document process flows and system context diagrams for complex business scenarios.
• Collaborate with other scrum teams to identify and manage dependencies.
• Organize demos and assist the product owner with the product backlog.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 (IOM, FS, CS).
• Direct experience with Field Service and Intelligent Order Management (IOM).
• Proven ability in planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Safe Agile training and experience working in agile environments.
• Ability to develop architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
