Description

Lead a small development team and define the technical direction for Java-based applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers through the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy Java applications.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Drive standards for code quality, scalability, and application performance.
• Create technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and implementation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java.
• Extensive experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Proven experience implementing GoldenGate paths.
• Experience managing small teams and providing technical solutions.
• Background in data replication and integration challenges.
• Any Graduate degree.
