Own the design, development, and delivery of scalable Java-based architectures while mentoring the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java architectures and solutions.
• Lead and mentor development teams through the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java.
• Strong knowledge of Hibernate and JPA.
• Experience with RDBMS and Oracle.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Knowledge of Kafka for messaging.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Ability to optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating and recommending new tools and frameworks.
• Ability to document architectural decisions and system designs.
