Description

Lead the design, development, and mentoring of scalable Java-based architectures while ensuring technical standards and system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java-based architectures and solutions.
• Lead and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, define technical standards, and ensure quality adherence.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security while mitigating technical risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Framework and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with message streaming using Kafka.
• Hands-on knowledge of RDBMS database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with observability tools including Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with log management using ELK stack.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting architectural decisions and system designs.
• Knowledge of security and regulatory compliance requirements.
