Description

You will design scalable Java architectures, lead development teams, and drive technical standards across the project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java-based solutions using Spring Framework and Boot.
• Lead and mentor development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical guidelines.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security while mitigating technical risks.
• Manage deployment and integration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Java and Spring Framework/Boot.
• Proficiency with relational databases (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, or Cucumber.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools.
