Description

Lead the Windows Engine team in designing and developing core capabilities for a production-grade security product.

Responsibilities

• Lead features through the entire development lifecycle from planning to testing.
• Design, recommend, and develop innovative solutions from scratch.
• Manage external interfaces and collaborate with other global teams across different time zones.
• Debug and solve complex real-world problems involving Windows OS internals.
• Drive product stability and improve user experience through technical leadership.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead in C++ and OS internals (security, storage, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience as a manager or software developer in low-level programming.
• Experience working on production-grade products with wide-scale deployment.
• Strong ability to lead global teams and manage cross-team interfaces.
• Data-driven decision-making and approach prioritization.
• Expertise in advanced software methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Windows Kernel development experience.
• Security-oriented development experience.
• Reverse engineering or malware analysis experience.
