Description

Lead a team of full stack developers to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of full stack applications.
• Mentor developers in React.js and Node.js technologies.
• Own technical decisions and enforce code quality through regular reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to drive features to production.
• Manage technical debt, perform refactoring, and improve CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a tech leadership role.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Proficiency with React.js and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write testable code using Jest or Mocha.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or NestJS.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.
