Description

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Agentic AI and RAG-based solutions for customers and internal teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI architecture and build PoCs to validate solutions before customer commitment.
• Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM orchestration with effective prompting techniques.
• Deploy and manage AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, S3, OpenSearch, IAM, VPC, and Secrets Manager.
• Establish AI guardrails for toxicity and hallucination control, ensuring data privacy and cloud security.
• Mentor teams, lead delivery under tight timelines, and communicate architecture trade-offs and risks clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture and AI system delivery.
• Hands-on expertise in RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector DBs.
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, S3, OpenSearch, IAM, VPC, and Secrets Manager.
• Strong background in model evaluation, observability, performance tuning, and cost optimization in production.
• Experience with API design, microservices integration, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and high-impact AI systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration, tool usage (MCP), and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Exposure to marketing domain use cases like campaign optimization, personalization, and analytics.
