Description

You will lead data engineering efforts, focusing on architecture, design, and problem-solving for batch and real-time data warehouse/lake solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement data management solutions for batch and real-time data warehouse and data lake designs.
• Guide the team during sprint planning and operational activities to ensure correct prioritization.
• Oversee project risks and manage interdependencies across the program for successful delivery.
• Establish program management infrastructure, including governance, processes, and tools.
• Monitor team progress and raise issues promptly to management.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of strong technical experience implementing data solutions.
• Proficiency in ETL data migration, architecture design, and implementation.
• Strong working experience with AWS RedShift, AWS Airflow, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, Step Functions, Glue, Crawler, and Data Catalog.
• Experience writing Terraform or CDK scripts (1+ years).
• Must be proficient in SQL and Python/PySpark.
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more members.
• Demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
