Description

You will act as the technical owner and business lead for integration tools and support organizations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to offshore support teams managing Axway B2Bi, Integration Bus, Mulesoft APIs, DataStage, and Azure FTP portal.
• Drive software upgrades, environment improvements, and tool administration.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous service improvement efforts to minimize business impact during incidents.
• Oversee the turnover process from new project development to support teams.
• Manage partner documentation and ensure proactive monitoring is implemented to identify issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with technical teams on integration efforts.
• Hands-on experience with Axway B2Bi or EDI-Sterling Business Integrator.
• Experience with Mulesoft or API technologies.
• Knowledge of Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Integration Bus or Websphere Data Interchange.
• Familiarity with DataStage, MQ Series, or MQ MFT.
• Experience with Informatica or Tibco.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide business and operational guidance for integration products.
