Description

Provide technical oversight and Agile leadership for a development team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead junior developers through hands-on technical oversight, code reviews, and design assessments.
• Manage Jira workflows by creating detailed tickets and subtasks to ensure proper progression.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, refinement sessions, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with project requirements.
• Enforce high standards for code quality, technical design, and unit testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven track record as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Experience with Azure platform.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Jira and Confluence best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to review technical designs and enforce unit testing standards.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with and challenging stakeholders.
