Description

You will lead technical teams in implementing, customizing, and configuring complex on-premise and hosted SaaS solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage team delivery by tracking work, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful releases.
• Ensure release quality by enforcing engineering practices, including unit testing, smoke/regression testing, code reviews, and design standards.
• Drive team member growth through mentorship, technical training, and career objective planning.
• Own individual and team chargeability metrics and direct recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with R&D, implementation, and customer support teams within onsite/offshore models.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years leading high-performing teams in agile product implementation or L3 service environments.
• Experience with installation, customization, and configuration of complex on-premise or multi-tenant hosted software.
• Proficiency in database concepts with hands-on experience in Oracle or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with private and public cloud infrastructures including AWS, Google Cloud Engine, or Azure.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and basic Shell scripting.
• Understanding of deployment practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, VMs, Kubernetes, and Artifactory.

Preferred Skills

• Professional services experience.
• Domain knowledge in Banking, Compliance, AML, or IFM.
