Lead engineering activities and manage a team of developers and testers to deliver enterprise-grade software products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and technical writers to define and develop product features.
• Manage people operations, including hiring, performance reviews, mentoring, and promotions.
• Drive software development processes and continuous improvements across the organization.
• Prioritize and assign department activities to meet R&D goals and ensure high product quality.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience managing teams of software developers and testers.
• Proven experience developing enterprise-grade, scalable software products using Java and RESTful API driven architecture.
• Expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and both public and private cloud infrastructures.
• Experience developing and supporting multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, and SAFe methodologies.
• Familiarity with security protocols including SAML, OAuth, and JWT.
• Experience with CI/CD practices using Jenkins, Docker, VMs, and Artifactory.
• Background in web technologies such as JavaScript, Vue, JSP, and NodeJS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-geographical teams.
