Lead network security engineering and IT infrastructure management for enterprise-scale environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of network leads and vendors, overseeing technical planning and project execution.
• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network security infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Campus, and Data Center networking.
• Lead P0/P1 incident management, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Post-Incident Reviews (PIR).
• Drive initiatives to improve performance, increase automation, and ensure adherence to best practices and technical documentation.
• Manage SLAs, generate performance dashboards for stakeholders, and handle capacity analysis for BAU support.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in network security engineering and IT infrastructure management.
• Hands-on expertise in LAN/WAN networking, Ethernet technologies, and Palo Alto Firewall administration.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise security networks and data center infrastructure.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python or Perl.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex operational environments.

Preferred Skills

• B.E. or B.Tech in any branch.
