Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 end-user support via walk-ups, ticketing, phone, and remote tools; troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, endpoint performance) and perform root cause analysis for recurring problems.
• Provision, image, configure, and deploy laptops/desktops/mobile devices; support onboarding and offboarding and maintain accurate asset inventory.
• Manage identity and access tasks in Active Directory/Entra ID, including user account access, password resets, and MFA support.
• Handle ITSM tickets within defined SLAs; document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ServiceNow and escalate complex issues with clear notes.

Skills Required:

• 2-5 years of desktop support experience.
• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra ID skills; networking fundamentals and clear communication.
• Troubleshooting for end-user issues across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Desktop support experience for provisioning, imaging, configuration, and device health checks.
• Windows and Microsoft 365 workplace support, including Entra ID and Active Directory user/access workflows.
• ITSM ticket handling and documentation in ServiceNow, with networking fundamentals and endpoint/peripheral troubleshooting.

Good to Have:

• Intune for endpoint management and device compliance workflows.
• PowerShell basics for automating repetitive support tasks.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
