Description

You will manage infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and ITIL processes to ensure system uptime and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure using Datadog, Splunk, and AWS-native tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across applications, services, and infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis and impact assessments to implement remediation.
• Manage ITIL processes including incident, change, release, and problem management.
• Support disaster recovery, patching, automation, and technical releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT/IS experience.
• 2+ years of experience in incident management and infrastructure monitoring.
• Hands-on Linux administration experience.
• AWS experience including EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, VPC, and Logs.
• Proficiency with Datadog and Splunk.
• Experience with disaster recovery and patching tasks.
• Ability to coordinate technical releases and project work.

• Degree in any field.
