Description

You will manage end-to-end technical project implementation for core telecom network deliveries, owning solution documents, architecture, and System Engineering Management Plans (SEMP).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of requirements, development, integration, and testing phases.
• Drive AIM gate reviews, maintain gap lists, and manage resolution processes.
• Identify project risks and coordinate with Solution Architects to develop mitigation plans.
• Obtain formal customer sign-off on requirements and technical acceptance of solutions.
• Coordinate technical analysis and costing for Change Requests (CRs).

Required Skills

• 10+ years managing highly complex telecom programs.
• Deep understanding of core network architectures: SDM, IMS, EPC, and 5G core.
• Proven experience with software, API integration, and RFC requirements.
• Hands-on experience developing and managing telecom software programs.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies: Native Cloud, VMWare, and AWS.
• Experience managing large software solution integrations for IMS, LTE, and VoWifi networks.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a lead integrator or solution architect in core network areas.
• Master's degree.
