You will drive large, complex programs using standard life cycle program management methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive program headlines, issues, and risks to keep the program on track.
• Align with the team on actionable next steps while engaging leadership on overall program direction.
• Manage integration touchpoints between WMOS and upstream/downstream systems (Sterling OMS/IMS, Retek RMS, ProShip, 3PL).
• Manage the development and QA of Microservices-based interfaces for system integrations.
• Perform financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for the project budget.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project/Program management experience.
• 8+ years relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Retail.
• Deep technical understanding of Logistics IT systems design and architecture.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems like Manhattan or relevant packages.
• Experience leveraging Jira and Rally for scope management, estimation, and impediment removal.
• Proven experience in Large Programs delivery management within Retail or Logistics.
• Experience integrating systems across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with AppDynamics for messaging, error logging, and performance monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
