Description

Lead end-to-end technical projects within the data space from inception to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate between engineering, data science, product management, and business units to ensure alignment.
• Own project execution, risk management, and milestone tracking with minimal supervision.
• Allocate resources, including team members and tools, to optimize outcomes.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity and deliverable standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management focusing on data-centric projects.
• Experience managing complex projects within the fintech industry or similar environments.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a technical or related field.
