Description

You will manage complex technical projects involving cloud, AI/ML, Salesforce, or workflow automation, ensuring delivery within fixed-bid or outcome-based constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, sprint management, and RAID tracking for cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, and data/AI specialists.
• Interpret SOWs and MSAs to enforce scope control, manage change requests, and handle stakeholder communication.
• Oversee software engineering processes, architecture fundamentals, and integration patterns to ensure technical alignment.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain project reporting using JIRA and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, specifically with fixed-bid or outcome-based projects.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects involving cloud, AI/ML, Salesforce, or workflow automation.
• Deep understanding of software engineering processes, architecture fundamentals, and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and data teams.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, negotiation, and client-facing interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce (SFMC, Sales/Service Cloud) or DSL-driven automation.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
