You will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for technical roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and negotiating terms to close candidates.
• Manage multiple open requirements simultaneously through effective multitasking.
• Build and maintain a consistent networking pipeline for various technical skill sets.
• Document all candidate communications and interactions within the applicant tracking system.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Dice to source and attract passive candidates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and reference checking.
• Experience managing end-to-end candidate negotiations and closing.
• Proficiency using job boards and social media outlets for talent acquisition.
• Ability to maintain organized documentation within an ATS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
