Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to maintain team focus and productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from external interruptions.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and maximize product value.
• Monitor and report on Agile metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown.
• Coach team members on Agile principles to foster self-organization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and various Agile frameworks.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel or Tableau.
