You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by designing highly available, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize solutions for key business use cases in collaboration with business and engineering partners.
• Translate business and application requirements into actionable technical system requirements and project plans.
• Collaborate with architects to document reference architectures and participate in Well Architected Reviews.
• Define and validate technical approaches, strategies, and deliverables alongside engineering teams.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including process flows, data mapping, and system use cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical systems analysis and software implementations.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, specifically Gateway, Serverless, and Event Driven Architecture.
• Experience designing and documenting AWS reference architectures.
• Proven ability to design and implement highly scalable web applications and services.
• Strong background in integration tools and inventory management.
• Technical competence across Application, Analytics, Integration, Databases, and Security domains.
• Experience documenting development requirements, process flows, and testing requirements.
• Ability to lead user workshops and define business/system use cases.
• Retail domain knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years supporting Retail or Order Management/ERP integrations (e.g., Boomi).
• Domain expertise in the apparel or footwear industry.
• Experience with data management, including data mapping, standardization, and consolidation.
