You will handle frontline technical support and cloud operations tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming tickets via Jira/ServiceNow, categorize by severity, and identify core technical issues.
  • Assist users with standard GCP tasks, including VM restarts, Cloud Storage permissions, and Cloud SQL connectivity checks.
  • Handle Google Workspace tasks like password resets, 2-step verification recovery, and Shared Drive access management.
  • Execute runbooks and perform health checks, monitoring Google Cloud Operations Suite for alerts.
  • Analyze system logs using Cloud Logging and AI tools to pinpoint technical root causes.
