Description

You will provide 24x7 incident and problem management support for GWM platforms, resolving complex technical issues within SLA deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex production issues using ITIL standards for incident and problem management.
• Lead technical teams in driving incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Facilitate weekly problem management meetings with senior staff to review root causes and workarounds for known errors.
• Maintain the knowledge database and conduct triage calls to ensure production stability.
• Initiate process improvements and coordinate work with offshore and onshore teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development and production support.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, MQ Series, and Easytrieve.
• Experience with Endeavor and IBM problem determination tools such as File Manager and Fault Analyzer.
• Proven ability to manage production-down situations under tight SLA deadlines.
• Experience using change management and incident management tools.
• Ability to support multiple mainframe applications simultaneously.
• Strong meeting facilitation and discussion moderation skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
