Description
You will provide technical troubleshooting for implantable electromechanical devices within an inbound call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot device issues for patients, field representatives, physicians, and MRI centers.
- Resolve technical problems related to electromechanical implantable devices and their mobile app controls.
- Manage inbound calls, handling a mix of patient support and professional inquiries from medical staff.
- Follow a structured six-week training program to master product specifications.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- 2 years of professional experience in technical support or customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical device components and mobile application interfaces.
- Strong verbal communication skills for patient and physician interaction.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and fast typing speeds.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume call environment.
Preferred Skills
- Customer service experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
