Provide technical support to users from the Bibwewadi, Pune office during day shift hours (9 AM to 6 PM).

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues for users promptly.
• Manage and track support requests throughout the shift.
• Communicate solutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high service quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Bibwewadi, Pune.
• Any Graduate degree.
