Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience in a network security environment.
• Networking fundamentals and TCP/IP.
• DNS and VPN configuration/troubleshooting.
• Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Technical support methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• CCNA certification.
