Description

You will coordinate and manage small to medium scale events for up to 200 participants, including remote and international attendees.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and annual events while resolving availability conflicts based on team priorities.
• Create PowerPoint presentations by converting raw data into insightful charts and visual aids.
• Manage cross-department initiatives and track results achieved through collaborative projects.
• Curate security product reference information and maintain information resources for internal and supplier use.
• Document, synthesize, and archive event results and project data in alignment with records retention policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a support or coordination role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SharePoint for information management.
• Proficiency with WebEx and remote conferencing tools.
• Strong project management skills for handling small-scale projects.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and work with global teams.
• Capacity to communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from administration to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to group information logically and track revisions.
• High-speed keyboarding and proactive listening skills.
