Description

You will manage IT infrastructure and provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage devices, and system health monitoring.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and hardware systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Create, install, and maintain laptop images for OP.
• Implement security measures to protect data and systems from breaches.
• Monitor the OP mailbox for incoming and outgoing mail.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT support.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, hardware, software applications, and networking protocols.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills for rapid issue resolution.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and tools.
• Experience managing IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• CCNA or MCITP certification.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud services including AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
