You will provide desktop support and hardware lifecycle management for onsite users.
Responsibilities
Deploy, evaluate, refurbish, and redeploy computer hardware.
Troubleshoot desktop user problems, hardware break-fix issues, and network connectivity.
Resolve application-related questions for third-party products.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve proprietary application concerns.
Support Project Managers with end-to-end destination moves and hardware/software upgrades, including technology evaluations, application configuration, UAT, and Day One support.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
Proven ability to resolve PC hardware and software issues.
Strong understanding of networking issues and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience managing hardware lifecycles and deployments.
Ability to perform application configuration and distribution.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and technical training.
Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
