Description

You will serve as the senior escalation point for internal applications, hardware, mobile, and remote technology.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues for hardware, software, mobile, and network environments.
• Provide dedicated VIP support for executive leadership.
• Escalate unresolved problems to third-level support teams and follow up to ensure timely incident closure.
• Document technical procedures, FAQs, and maintain an accurate inventory of assets.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and SCCM.
• Proficiency with imaging software.
• Experience managing Android mobile devices in a corporate environment.
• Expertise using helpdesk ticket tracking software and remote desktop support tools.
• Proven ability to prioritize work to meet defined SLAs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
