Description

Act as the central technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts to ensure operational success and satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical and operational plans by engaging with Director and VP-level executives.
• Coordinate resolutions for critical technical issues by driving collaboration between engineering, product, and sales teams.
• Analyze service metrics and disruptions to present data-driven insights and pre-launch planning to leadership.
• Assess customer technical environments to recommend how new and existing features fit their specific architecture.
• Lead architectural and design discussions to ensure optimal solution implementation for clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in consultative customer support or related roles within marketing technology.
• Strong understanding of development methodologies and technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, Java, JSP, HTML5, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with REST, J2EE Application Services, Database Technologies, and LDAP Server Technology.
• Familiarity with OSGI Framework, tagging, and implementation principles.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks across several sophisticated accounts.
• Proven presentation skills with the ability to communicate with CMOs and CXOs.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.
• Understanding of performance tuning, optimization, and debugging coding languages.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, or Adobe Experience Platform.
• Familiarity with SaaS UX and navigation.
