You will act as a technical expert managing partner integrations and product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert on persona creation using company-specific software.
• Provide direct technical support to partners to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Assess design and integration risks and provide mitigation options.
• Track and report progress against deliverables to maintain end-to-end visibility.
• Contribute to design and development methodologies to enable successful coding, validation, and release.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#, C/C++, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience creating and implementing user-facing experiences consuming APIs and web services.
• Experience implementing conversational experiences with multi-turn dialog.
• Proficiency in creating natural language models.
• Experience working directly with customers and external partners in pre-release development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and drive collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and execute tasks under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
