Description

Manage the end-to-end SEC filing process and ensure reporting accuracy in accordance with SEC and US GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file SEC reports including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
• Lead the circulation of SEC filing documents to internal business stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and edit all comments and content within Workiva.
• Ensure all financial reporting activities comply with US GAAP and SEC requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of accounting experience combining public accounting and recent tech industry (Software or SaaS) background.
• Extensive working knowledge of Workiva software.
• Expert-level Excel skills.
• Extensive technical accounting expertise.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules to meet quarter-end SEC filing deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS financial reporting cycles.
