Description

Provide technical expertise on enterprise systems architecture, software licensing, and platform integration across large-scale data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing needs and consumption data for major vendors including IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, CA, and Adobe.
• Diagnose, isolate, and debug software problems while coordinating vendor-level issue resolution.
• Perform capacity modeling and sizing for new services through system configuration simulations.
• Design system software and hardware builds by analyzing risks, costs, and enterprise business impacts.
• Coordinate the installation, testing, and maintenance of systems software to ensure platform reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5 years of progressive responsibility in a related area.
• Extensive experience managing software licensing in highly virtualized environments.
• Hands-on experience with IBM, Oracle, Mainframe, and UNIX platforms.
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to support WinTel devices and diverse platform environments.
• Expertise in systems programming, foundation architecture, and operating systems.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and technical communication skills for presenting to Senior Management.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Python programming experience.
• Experience with HCL BigFix Inventory.
