Description

You own the implementation lifecycle for SaaS exports, from discovery through post-go-live support, under Project Manager direction.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate customer requirements, mapping them to solution functionality.
• Create system blueprints and data flow diagrams for each project.
• Conduct consulting sessions to ensure technical readiness and infrastructure meets specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and identify risks for the Project Manager.
• Deliver knowledge transfer to customer system administrators and IT staff.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience in solution implementation or consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting to meet specific customer data needs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of SaaS deployment models and best practices.
• Ability to create technical documentation, including blueprints and data flow diagrams.
• Experience conducting technical workshops and training sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience contributing to internal knowledge repositories and best practice guides.
