• Coordinate with offshore teams, including availability for early morning meetings.
• Distinguish between backend feature development and other technical dependencies to manage workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira reporting.
• Technical background to understand software development lifecycles and backend dependencies.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder and team reporting.
• Ability to manage complex project timelines and cross-team dependencies.
