You will serve as the technical analyst, focusing on enablement and support functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create clear and user-friendly documentation for technical processes.
• Train and facilitate user adoption of new tools and systems.
• Apply analytical skills to solve technical issues reported by users.
• Manage organizational change related to technology rollouts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support, technical training, or user enablement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of collaboration tools and AI Assistants.
• Understanding of enterprise security policies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts related to productivity gains.
• Strong communication and engagement capabilities.
