Description

Manage investment compliance activities and provide technical oversight for trading systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compliance alerts in the Charles River Compliance System (CRD) to identify potential violations.
• Conduct test trades and oversee manual processes to ensure investment compliance.
• Manage projects assigned by Investment Compliance leadership and assess change impact.
• Participate in the GCIR process and develop comprehensive documentation.
• Drive automation and efficiency enhancements to reduce operational risk.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Direct experience with Trading, IBOR, or OMS systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Charles River Compliance System (CRD) or a comparable compliance platform.
• Practical understanding of investment security types including stocks, bonds, and derivatives.
• Experience reviewing investment activities and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and collaborate on technical projects.

Preferred Skills

• Proven analytical skills within investment compliance or a related field.
• Strong research and problem-solving capabilities in a trading-related atmosphere.
