You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by translating requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Analyze data, workflows, and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solution requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Agile Methodology.
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT and implementation activities.
• Experience analyzing business processes and identifying improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with complex Business Processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
