Bridge business requirements and technical implementation through rigorous analysis and testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute change management by gathering business rules and performing gap analysis.
• Liaise between development, QA, and business units to ensure requirements are met.
• Write technical reports, specifications, and functional flowcharts.
• Lead testing processes, including coordinating UAT and identifying candidates for automation.
• Analyze information to reconcile conflicts and distinguish solution ideas from actual business needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical analysis and programming.
• Proficiency in writing SQL and working with relational databases.
• Proven experience collaborating with clients to analyze functional requirements.
• Experience reviewing technical designs to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Ability to evaluate risks and predict potential technical problems.
• Advanced use of Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience acting as an intermediary between functional and technical resources.
• Background in testing new functions, reporting bugs, and following up on fixes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with government organizations.
• Experience with Drupal or other Content Management Systems.
