About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, automation, and solution architecture. This is a high-impact, non-routine role where you will design, build, and own scalable technical solutions that power data processing, workflow automation, and enterprise reporting platforms.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT (or equivalent)
3–5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, automation, or technical solution development
Strong DBMS knowledge and advanced SQL expertise (complex queries, joins, performance tuning)
Hands-on experience with SSIS (Visual Studio)
Experience with Python scripting for automation and data processing
Working knowledge of Power Automate and SharePoint integrations
Experience building interactive dashboards (Power BI preferred)
Ability to independently own and deliver technical projects

Backup & recovery procedures
Database security & user access control
ETL concepts & automation frameworks
API integration, JSON handling (preferred)
Exposure to cloud or modern data platforms (plus)
