Description

You will support financial operations by analyzing and resolving issues within the Oracle R12/Cloud Accounts Receivable module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build functional knowledge of the Oracle R12/Cloud AR module, specifically the customer creation process.
• Translate business questions into system-level analysis to resolve reported issues.
• Support AR, Finance, and Operations users in troubleshooting and understanding system behavior.
• Assist with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document process mapping and functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of foundational ERP experience.
• Deep understanding of the Accounts Receivable (AR) lifecycle.
• Exposure to Oracle Financials (R12 or Fusion).
• Basic SQL knowledge or ability to learn SQL quickly.
• Experience supporting financial or accounting teams.
• Familiarity with month-end close processes.
• Experience working in integrated system environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
