Description

You bridge product vision and technical implementation for CMS tools, owning technical stories from inception to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own technical stories and requirements from initial inception through final implementation.
• Document internal and external CMS system processes and flows to support development.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to ensure designs align with engineering strategy.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support the Technical Product Owner in aligning implementations with CMS product strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, architecture, or development.
• Proven experience with day-to-day agile responsibilities such as backlog refinement and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of APIs and experience using discovery tools like Postman or RapidAPI.
• Experience defining non-functional requirements.
• Practical experience working within Scrum, Kanban, or XP methodologies.
• Ability to interact confidently with developers, testers, and DevOps teams.
• Experience presenting technical concepts to stakeholders and senior management.
• Competency in managing workloads across multiple projects and handling ambiguity.
