Description

Provide technical and business support for financial systems within the Source-to-Pay (STP) workstream, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot STP system issues and deliver timely solutions for end users across all organizational levels.
• Resolve incidents for executives and their assistants, escalating complex issues to appropriate resources as required.
• Document all troubleshooting steps and ensure complete data capture within ServiceNow before ticket closure.
• Monitor and analyze systems to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Test system enhancements and modifications to ensure data integrity and functional correctness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical role.
• Experience managing and documenting user incidents within ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving skills applied to moderately complex tasks and standard business problems.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve business issues.
• Experience with system testing and data integrity verification.
• Knowledge of SOX requirements and financial system compliance monitoring.
• Effective communication skills for providing technical direction and reporting results to internal and external contacts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
