Description

You will provide technical and business support for financial systems within the Source-to-Pay (STP) workstream, ensuring system stability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions for end users in compliance with company policy.
• Manage and resolve incidents for executives and assistants, escalating to appropriate resources when necessary.
• Document all troubleshooting steps and ensure complete data is recorded in ServiceNow before ticket closure.
• Test system enhancements and modifications to maintain data integrity and functional accuracy.
• Monitor STP processes to identify and implement opportunities for system or process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a technical support or analyst capacity.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident management and documentation.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay (STP) processes and financial systems.
• Understanding of SOX compliance and governance monitoring.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure.
• Experience performing system testing and basic data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting executive assistants with high-priority technical issues.
