Description

You serve as the technical point-of-contact for business customers, translating requirements into practical solutions for system processes, reporting, and corporate applications.

Responsibilities

• Document 'as is' and 'to be' process flows to guide system development.
• Develop and maintain standard, custom, and ad-hoc reports and queries from source systems.
• Collaborate with in-house developers and business departments to modify procedures and resolve complex problems.
• Monitor, audit, and administer database integrity and security.
• Perform data quality checks on reports and dashboards, executing QA data validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a technical analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Visio for process flow documentation.
• Experience with QA processes and data validation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Project for task and project tracking.
• Bachelor's degree.
